Understanding Anemia During Gestation 

Anemia is an issue many women face during gestation, usually caused by a lack of iron in the body. When you have anemia, your body does not have enough red blood cells to carry oxygen to both you and your baby. If left unaddressed, it can make you feel constantly tired, dizzy, or unwell.

Pairing iron-rich foods with vitamin C can help your body absorb iron more effectively.
